Sodomy II: Judge sets Feb 18 to deliver decision to recuse himself

High Court judge Justice Mohamad Zabidin Mohd Diah on Wednesday fixed Feb 18 to deliver his decision on the defence team's application to recuse himself from the Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim sodomy trial.

Amir Abdillah (pix) was in the South Jakarta District Court Wednesday on charges of violating Indonesia's anti-terror law, including concealing information and harbouring terrorists linked with the attacks on the J.W. Marriott and Ritz Carlton hotels in Jakarta last July.
