KUALA LUMPUR: Bumi Armada Bhd
’s unit is facing a claim of 28.5mil euros (RM113mil) from SEA Srl over a service contract for the post trenching and backfilling services.
It said on Tuesday its unit Bumi Armada Caspian LLC had received the notice of arbitration for the Sept 28, 2012 contract for providing the services for the Filanosky field development project. The service contract value is 16.2mil euros.
