KUALA LUMPUR: Pahang MCA has pledged its support to the leadership of party president Datuk Seri Ong Ka Ting.
State MCA chief Datuk Hoh Khai Mun said they supported Ong in his move to stabilise the party, so that it would be able to face the next general election with a stronger team.
“We will also study MCA’s performance in the state where it lost one of the three parliamentary seats and two of the eight state seats it contested,” said Hoh at a press conference here yesterday.
He said the state MCA would also monitor the performance of its elected representatives at all levels to ensure they served the people well.
