THIS picture was taken at Hospital Raja Perempuan Zainab II, Kota Baru. There are at least four errors on the notice:

1) The patient HAVE the right ... (should be HAS)

2) Patient information will only revealed with patient's consent ... (should be “Information about the patient will only BE revealed with THE patient's consent ...”)

Care should have been taken to ensure grammatical errors like these are not so blatantly displayed! – Anonymous, Kota Baru

THIS company deals in “suntry and liquar”. There are no such things!

They must mean “sundries and liquor”. – Anonymous
