How to Participate

1. Answer the two questions and complete your personal particulars in the form. Download Form here
2. Send us your contest form via:-

   • drop your forms in the 'In Perfect Harmony' contest box at Menara Star, 15, Jln 16/11, Petaling Jaya, 46350 Selangor
3. Contest deadline: Wednesday, 12th October 2011, 5pm

Rules & Regulations

1. This contest is open to all readers aged 12 years and above.
2. All entries must be completed in full. Incomplete and illegible entries will be disqualified.
3. Contestants may submit any number of entries, but each contestant may win only one pair of tickets.
4. Entries received after the closing date will not be entertained.
5. Winners will be selected based on the correct answer for Question 1 and the most creative answer for Question 2.
6. Winners will be contacted via phone and email, and will be required to collect the show tickets (with identification) at KLPac, 7.30pm, either on 14th October or 23rd October, depending on the date of the show tickets.
7. The Organiser will determine the show ticket date for the winners, either 14th October or 23rd October. Winners may not select the date of the show.
8. The Organiser's decision in all matters pertaining to the contest is final and binding. No correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
