What types of content are included with each downloaded issue?Each Star on iPad issue includes an editor's choice of the latest news items of the day, with extra high-resolution photos, videos, and interactive elements. There are also live updates from The Star Online. 5.
Does the daily issue expire?No. Once you purchase the issue it will be accessible from your app's digital library for as long as you keep the app. 6.
Will the issues be automatically updated every day?No, the app does not auto-update. You must download a new issue from the in-app Store for each new issue. 7.
Do I have to download a new app every day to get the latest issue?No. You only need to download The Star on iPad app once, and then download new issues every day from within the app's digital store. 8.
How do I use the app?We've tried to make the user experience on The Star on iPad app as intuitive and friendly as possible. If you have any difficulties, please do refer to the Help page within any downloaded issue on the app for reference. 9.
What're landscape and portrait views, and how are they different?The views refer to how you hold the iPad. You can switch between landscape and portrait views by rotating the iPad 90°. The portrait view allows you to resize text, while the landscape view allows you to enjoy a more interactive experience. 10.
