New face for Manifesto
FRENCH beauty house Yves Saint Laurent unveiled its campaign for its new fragrance Manifesto, starring American actress Jessica Chastain.
Directed by Nicolas Winding Refn (Drive), the video, set to the music of Selah Sue’s Just Because I Do, opens with Chastain (The Tree of Life) finger painting using the fragrance’s signature purple. She then turns into a buyer at a posh auction house.
Chastain’s involvement is no surprise, as Yves Saint Laurent had announced in June that she was to become the new face of the feminine fragrance.
The Manifesto range includes a shower gel and a deodorant, and a 30ml spray. – AFP Relaxnews
