Manifesto is all-woman
A proclamation of femininity. The new Yves Saint Laurent fragrance, Manifesto, boasts as such and is touted to be for women “who invent their lives at every moment”.
Jasmine is key to the scent, with green, translucent notes of lily of the valley, blackcurrant and essences of cedar core and sandalwood, and accords of vanilla and tonka bean. The floral fragrance comes in a bottle that reflects a feminine silhouette belted by a multi-faceted, amethyst-coloured jewel, associated at Yves Saint Laurent with seduction and passion.
Academy Award nominee Jessica Chastain, last seen in The Tree of Life, is the ambassadress for the fragrance.
