PERNOD Ricard Malaysia recently unveiled the super premium vodka Absolut Elyx (pic) at the first anniversary celebration of View Rooftop Bar at GTower, KL. Crafted from 100% hand-selected estate wheat from Råbelöf, Sweden, and blended with soft and naturally filtered water, Absolut Elyx is a small-scale, handcrafted vodka that is distilled in an authentic 1929 copper rectification still.

“Aroma and flavour are the obvious and most immediately striking characteristics of vodka. Absolut Elyx goes beyond that. It has a clean and fresh taste with subtle floral and fruity tones, but it’s most defining quality lies in the texture,” said Terence Ong, sales and marketing director of Pernod Ricard Malaysia.

“Absolut Elyx is elegant and incredibly soft, and leaves a silky feeling in your mouth. Try it on its own, and your mouth will know the difference.”

Absolut Vodka is the world’s fourth largest premium spirits brand, and is produced in Åhus in southern Sweden.

Festive Cognac

Martell is currently offering festive gift packs in celebration of the upcoming Chinese New Year festive season. These gift packs include Martell VSOP packaged with either two sleek cognac snifters or an exclusive miniature bottle; Martell Cordon Bleu accompanied by an exclusive miniature bottle; or a Martell XO set with either two exclusive crystal goblets or a miniature bottle.

The Martell gift packs are available until the end of February at selected supermarkets, hypermarkets, and Chinese medical halls.
