Refreshing drinks

IN the current hot weather, there’s nothing like grabbing a cool, refreshing drink to quench your thirst. This Chinese New Year, a good option is F&N’s Seasons herbal drinks. Popular flavours are Chrysanthemum, Grass Jelly, Winter Melon and Water Chestnut.

The light-tasting Chrysanthemum flavour is said to provide cooling benefits and can relieve tired and dry eyes.

The Grass Jelly drink has a slight bitter taste but is believed to reduce heat and aid digestion. Meanwhile, the Water Chestnut (with chunky bits) and Winter Melon flavours provide cooling relief from thirst.

Healthy treats

Making sure your child’s nutrient intake is sufficient can be a challenge for parents. Offering different vitamins and minerals in fun, fruity treats are the Seven Seas Kids Fruits Gummies.

Made in the shape of fruits, the Gummies are available in three flavours, each containing different vitamins and minerals. The Strawberry comes with Vitamin A, B6 and C for healthy growth and development, while Blackcurrant contains Vitamin C and zinc to boost body immunity. On the other hand, Orange has calcium and Vitamin D for healthy bones and teeth.

The range does not contain preservatives, artificial flavouring, artificial colouring or artificial sweeteners. It also has no added salt, gluten, nuts, hydrogenated fats, yeast or lactose. Available at all leading pharmacies.

Lip delight

Keeping lips moisturised prevents them from chapping and looking unsightly. To help you do that is the new Lip Ice Tinted Lip Balm range featuring natural hues of pink and red that comes in three fruity flavours.

Baby Pink gives a light pink colour with fresh strawberry flavour, while Poppy Pink is light red in sweet raspberry. Rose red gives a stronger hue with wild berry flavour.

Key moisturising ingredients in the range include hyaluronic acid and meadowfoam seed oil, while Vitamin E helps fight free radicals. The Lip Balm has a light, non-greasy texture and is formulated with SPF15. Available at all leading pharmacies and major supermarket outlets.
