FEB 13-MARCH 3: Claudia Bueno is a Venezuelan light artist who is presenting two series of works based on the manipulation of light to depict the sights, rhythms and dynamics from places the artist had visited.

Forgotten Cities is the result of the artist’s recent travels through South-East Asia, where she encountered an exten sive palette of images that have a notable resemblance to her home continent of South America, while Extracto deals with the contradictions found within pristine environments.

Either way, viewers are invited to see how Bueno manipulates light and darkness using a clever blend of mixed media collage, acrylic, adhesive vinyl, paint, and a LED illumination system. The gallery is open daily from 10am to 9pm.
