Salon waxes lyrical about its services

IT WAS the passion to provide the best in the beauty industry that drove Kelly and Nentze Tan to open Waxxx Sdn Bhd, a salon specialising in waxing.
The salon specialises in Brazilian and Hollywood waxing. Waxxx also has male therapists to fulfil the waxing needs of male customers.
“Manzilian waxing will be carried out by our trained male therapist and I must say that more men are going for it .

Nentze oversees the day-to-day operation of the salon and staff, while Kelly focuses on product knowledge and training.
“All our therapists are professionally trained.
“What’s more important is our goal to make you look and feel good,” said Kelly, who has a Diploma in Beauty Services from Australia.
She added that the wax used was of the highest quality from Australia.
“Waxxx’s mission is to offer perfect waxing at a reasonable price in a cosy environment and we do not have a stipulated time frame in completing a service because we want to provide the best.
“We have full-service menus for both men and women offering Brazilian, Manzilian and our most popular Hollywood waxing to bikini and full face waxes,” said Kelly, 27, who honed her waxing skill during her sojourn in Australia.
Apart from waxing, Waxxx also offers hair reduction treatment called Depilar System, a product manufactured in the United States.
“The results are similar to that of laser and Intensive Pulse Light Treatment, but with the Depilar System, it will take an average of 12 to 24 treatments to see the results and it is very affordable,” said Kelly.
For each customer who does a Brazilian, Hollywood or Manzilian waxing, a special clipper and comb will be used for trimming the hair.
Customers can take home the comb and bring it back during their next visit.
The salon currently offers 40% discount on one body part treatment for services above RM30.
