A good partnership: The Star assistant section manager advertisement sales (supplement and bureaus) Timothy Foong and Panasonic Malaysia corporate communications and branding manager Azizah Wahid during the prize presentation at the Panasonic office. |
She said the company already had a project called Kids Witness News which targeted the younger students.
That programme educates the students on how to use video cameras to deliver current issues.
We tie up with the Ministry of Education for the programme and we do the selection from there. We train the participants on how write scripts and edit videos, she said adding that the Education Fair was a good avenue for the company to contribute to more education while at the same time promote their products.
The event is expected to attract more than 100,000 visitors comprising students, parents and academicians.
It will feature 150 exhibitors. Additionally, there will be career talks, contests and other activities.
