Solo exhibition
NN Gallery is proud to present Alex Ong Boon Hau’s 13th solo exhibition entitled “Romance”. An award-wining water colourist, Ong’s new works represent a marriage of his previous series of pebbles and of the yarrow. He paints the pebbles, the yarrow, driftwood and the iron buckets to form a narrative of a coming together, a conversation of sorts between them. Using an appealing palette of jewel-like colours such as amethyst and emeralds, his works conjure up a romantic expression of life and love. The exhibition at the NN Gallery, 53A & 56 Jalan Sulaiman 1, Taman Ampang Hilir, Ampang, is now being held until July 15. It is open from 9am to 6pm (Monday-Saturday). Closed on Sunday (Except exhibition Sundays) and public holidays. Admission is free. For details, call 03-4270 6588 of fax: 03-4270 3357 or visit www.nngallery.com.my
