Budget stays in the city

Jalan Bukit Bintang is home to the best hotels in Kuala Lumpur but it is also peppered with affordable accommodation.
Federal Hotel
This hotel was built and opened in time to celebrate Malaysia’s independence in 1957. Today, it stands proudly on the Golden Mile and is a great place to stay and enjo y amenities a nd entertain ment on offer, like it was more than 50 years ago.
Coronade Hotel
This stylish downtown hotel was recently refurbished to allow guests to enjoy top class facilities at reasonable rates. With 225 rooms and suites, and an indoor pool, it also offers the comfort of home with satellite television and Internet broadband access in all rooms and is at the doorstep of most shopping malls in this area.
Capitol Hotel
Capitol Hotel shows you what it means to live next door to Bukit Bintang, as it is surrounded by popular IT mall, PLaza Low Yat, and other great shopping sites like Sungai Wang Plaza and BB Plaza. Don’t for get to check out the exciting stre et cafes that are easily found when you exit the lobby.
Swiss Garden Hotel
This hotel is conveniently set in a peaceful and quiet location outside the shopping area. Yet it is close enough to the shopping centres for you to get in and out of the malls without having to worry about transportation.
Radius International
If living close to the fast lane is up your alley, then this hotel is perhaps your choice as it is well away from the main street but near enough for you to go walking to all the shopping malls which are only about a three minute walk away. The closest is of course, the famed Pavilion.
Melia Hotel
This hotel combines international standards with strong hints of its Mediterranean heritage of Spain based Sol Melia. It is within the shopping and food paradise of Bukit Bintang.
Royale Bintang
Thi s landmark is a brief walk to all major shopping complexes, including Sungei Wang Plaza, Times Square, Lot 10, Starhill Gallery,Pavillion and Lot 10, as well as Bintang Walk and the entertainment hub along the famous Jalan Bukit Bintang.
Dorsett Regency Hotel
As well-equipped as any other hotel in its class, it offers a little more th an most wou ld: food outlets Cellini’s, which serves delightful yet authentic Italian cuisine, and sunny Checkers, which serves international and local foods.
