An enclave of 22 homes
THE Asia Green Group is offering visitors to the The Star Property Fair 2012 a chance to own their own luxurious homes amidst a Garden of Eden setting through its Hilltop Villas development.
It is an exclusive collection of 22 luxurious homes tucked away in Batu Ferringhi, Penang.
Undertaken by its subsidiary Solid Tribute Sdn Bhd, the project with an estimated GDV of RM90mil features five distinctly designed villas with a generous built-up area ranging from 4,600sq ft to 9,500sq ft.
Group managing director Tan Boon Huat said the Hilltop Villas currently offer the largest average land size and a built-up for any hillside development with a sea view.
“Our theme is ideally based on a tropical island setting with a design element rich in solid wood and timber as well as a natural Balinese stone facade around the exterior walls, while providing for every modern comfort and convenience,” he said.
In order to maximise the usable area, he said a great deal of effort was placed on creating a flat land space around each residence by using reinforced concrete retaining walls and by building upwards, as high as four levels on many of the units.
Residents are assured of ample living spaces.
“The homes also come with an open outdoor kitchen and entertainment area to build on the concept of a tropical villa,” he said, adding that another unique feature is the garden deck platform with usable grass landscape extending from the residence.
Tan said the company had also spent a great deal on landscaping the surroundings to create a tranquil and peaceful haven for the enjoyment of the residents.
And interior wise, the premium fittings include floor to ceiling marble in the mas- ter bathroom, high quality brand-name fixtures, solid teak wood flooring and superior finishing.
Located in a quiet upscale suburban neighbourhood, Hilltop Villas is a short drive from the excellent dining, entertainment, and shopping options, as well as Penang’s best hotels and international schools.
Tan said they would also be introducing ‘The Clovers’, a new condominium development comprising 670 units of stylish homes including 24 penthouses in Sungai Ara at the fair.
“The architectural design is simple with the play of an elegant four-leaf clover to celebrate the building form.
“Special features include direct lift access to the individual home, a large rooftop garden, Olympic-sized swimming pool and a relaxing forest track. Another outstanding design is the expansive Vertical Green wall feature at the front of the entrance drop-off lobby, which is believed to be the first of its kind in Penang,” he said.
To date, 50 exhibitors, including financial institutions and investment companies, have confirmed their participation.
Among the major players are IJM Land, SP Setia Group, Mah Sing Properties, Sunway Bintang, Ivory Properties Group, DNP Land, BSG Property, Ideal Group, Bukit Kiara Properties, Andaman Property, Henry Butcher, KPWG International, Magna Putih, Province Valley and Tambun Indah Land.
