Seven wonders of Mah Sing
UNDERSTANDING the savvy investment mindset of property buyers, Mah Sing’s featured property, known as the Seven Wonders of Mah Sing, are a good mix of Klang Valley and Penang property.
The group, which celebrated its 18th anniversary recently is returning to The Star Property Fair 2012, which opens tomorrow.
Property hunters will be in for a treat as seven of Mah Sing Group’s projects will be highlighted during the fair. Also in the spotlight will be the group’s anniversary celebration promotion, which offers tremendous savings and added value when purchasing their dream property.
The excitement surrounding Ferringhi Residence is not unusual as the freehold residential enclave is located at the tip of Penang’s Golden Triangle of Batu Ferringhi, a prime location famous for its tourism belt, natural beauty and mature neighbourhood.
Then there is Mah Sing’s Southbay City, in which the completed Residence@Southbay and the ongoing Southbay Plaza and Legenda@Southbay are situated. Southbay City is tipped to be the island’s next high-growth area.
Legenda@Southbay comprises three and four-storey resort bungalows within a gated and guarded enclave while Southbay Plaza comprises both residential suites and lifestyle retail options for discerning investors.
“The 35.2ha freehold Southbay City project is the first point of entry to the island from the upcoming second Penang bridge and it has a good catchment area from the neighbouring Bayan Lepas FTZ and has the upgraded Penang International Airport in close proximity,” said Mah Sing chief operating officer Teh Heng Chong.
The much anticipated Ferringhi Residence’s preview during the fair should not be missed as visitors will be able to register their interest for the project.
Not to be missed are the featured Klang Valley projects, namely Icon City (Petaling Jaya), M City (Jalan Ampang), Garden Residence (Clover) and Garden Plaza (Cyberjaya).
Icon City aspires to be a city for those seeking a comfortable yet stylish living, new enjoyable working lifestyle and the latest retail experience. Icon City has commercial units, retail units, corporate units and residential units.
With three green standards namely the Green Building Index (GBI), Green Mark and LEED in its various components, Icon City is poised to be the ultimate green integrated development in Petaling Jaya, and even Malaysia.
M City on the other hand is a mixed residential development comprising three 35-storey towers that front Jalan Ampang near the Embassy Row.
M City will house 54 boutique retail units, 401 designer small office home office (SOHO), 1,104 residential suites, and 14 sky villa units.
It will also feature Malaysia’s first ever Multi-Level Thematic Hanging Gardens, bringing over 1.6ha of greenery within the building’s landscape while the design incorporates Green Building features in a North-South orientation.
Under Mah Sing’s ongoing 18th anniversary celebrations, all of the projects are covered under the DIBS scheme (Developer Interest Bearing Scheme) in which a purchaser pays only the down payment and nothing else until the completion of the project.
These four projects, along with Penang’s Southbay Plaza, Legenda@Southbay join Icon Residence Mont’ Kiara, Kinrara Residence (Kinrara) and Austin Suites (Johor Bahru) under the DIBS scheme.
The other featured projects in the anniversary celebrations are M Residence (Rawang), Sierra Perdana (Johor Baru) and Palmiera@Kinrara Residence (Puchong).
All eleven participating projects will have the legal fees of the sales and purchase agreement and loan agreement absorbed by the developer. The promotions will give purchasers affordable down payments of only 2% payable via 0% interest easy payment programmes of up to 36 months with selected banks.
Qualified purchasers will benefit from the anniversary lifestyle package of up to RM488,888, depending on the property purchased, while participating partner banks will be offering pre-approved loan assessments as an added convenience to interested purchasers of Mah Sing property.
There are also attractive monthly prizes until Sept 15 of Samsung products and a Toyota Camry 2.0, among others, in the lead up to the grand prize of an Executive Suite@Garden Plaza, Cyberjaya, with the result to be announced at the end of the year.
