HOUSE BUYERS visiting the Mad About Homes (MAH) 2012 online campaign can look forward in finding their perfect home from nine premium properties in six premium locations.
The month-long campaign by I&P Group Sdn Bhd was launched recently in Shah Alam where the public had a first hand view of the homes offered by the group’s various townships.
“MAH 2012 is the first series for the year where we have 134 units on our plate here worth over RM211mil and we are targeting to sell at least 50% of it,” said its marketing head Muhamad Zaili Muhammad Yusof.
Take a pick: Muhamad Zaili showing one of the projects available during the month-long fair. Among those up for grabs are the exclusive Astana bungalows in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong, which have been completed and are ready for occupancy.
According to Muhamad Zaili, the double-storey bungalows are sold on the build-then-sell concept and features four units all together.
Each of the five-bedroom bungalows come in a variation of sizes and has a build up ranging from 5,394 sq ft to 7,940 sq ft.
The four units are situated just adjacent to the Kinrara Golf Cluband are expected to be completed by this December.
They are priced from RM3.47mil to RM5.49 mil.
Two other properties in the area included Chinta (double-storey bungalows and semi-detached homes), and Chantek (double-storey semi-detached homes).
Both he said were designed based on a contemporary tropical concept with starting prices of RM1.8mil to RM4.8mil.
In Shah Alam, the group is bringing out Pentas 3, a set of double storey terraced homes, to house buyers who are interested to live in the “Township of Arts” where art installations, street art, graffiti walls, linear parks and an open air amphitheatre as well as a 12.5ha central town park are set to be a part of this upcoming township.
Pentas 3 situated in Alam Impian has built up areas ranging from 3,273 sq ft to 4,469 sg ft and is expected to be completed by April 2014.
For those who are looking for a home in Klang, you can visit its Bayuemas development designed with a “Garden City” theme with Temurun, a two-storey bungalow with built up areas ranging from 3,394 sq ft to 3,514 sq ft.
The public can view one of I&P’s projects, Iltizam 3, two-storey terraced homes, which are also the first superlink homes introduced in the Alam Sari township at the campaign.
The homes witha built up areas ranging from 2,498 sq ft to 2,665 sq ft is due to be completed in December 2013 with starting prices of RM663,000.
Inspired by universities and colleges surrounding Alam Sari in Kajang is I&P’s freehold township (launched in 2007), which they fondly refer to as the “Neighbour-hood of Academia”.
Three other developments; Alam Sutera, its double-storey semi detached homes in Bukit Jalil, Alam Damai, which consists of three-storey super link homes in Cheras and apartment units in 8 Petaling in Bandar Baru Seri Petaling, are lease-hold homes.
“We also offer a special sales package comprising of fully sponsored stamp duty for transfers as well as legal fees for sale and purchase agreements at the fair to ease the burden of a new house buyer” he said.
Muhamad Zaili added that most of the properties offered are equipped with security and basic facilities for families as this is a neccesity in today’s modern contemporary living where residents are constantly looking to live in secure areas and do not want to travel far to a park or gymnasium.
