Association and mall in safety campaign
MALACCA: Malacca’s Tourism Association (MTA) in collaboration with the state police and Mahkota Parade Shopping Complex will jointly organise the ‘Mall Safety Awareness Campaign 2012 Say ‘NO’ To Crime tomorrow.
According to the MTA President, Madelina Kuah said that the Melaka Tengah OCPD, Asst Comm Salehhudin Abd Rahman is scheduled to join both the MTA and Mahkota Parade Complex key officials to open the awareness campaign by cutting the ribbons on the concourse stage.
Top police officers will present a talk on general safety touching mainly on the mall safety awareness campaign followed by a self-defence demonstration also by The key personnel from the state police contingent.
Members from the Mahkota Parade Complex Management staff will also present a talk on the safety measures and the dos and don’ts for customers when returning to the basement car park after completing their shopping spree or any other business transactions.
There will be a question and answer session for all participants before the presentation of certificates to the participants.
