A sweet spot for travellers

AIRPORT lounge services Plaza Premium Lounge Management Ltd unveils its premium lounge at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), Sepang.
The lounge, which is located at the mezzanine floor of the Satellite Building (near Gate C11-17), is 7,500 sq ft in size and has a 215 seating capacity.
Company founder and chief executive officer Song Hoi See said he is proud to introduce the fourth-generation lounge concept to travellers.
“Fourth-generation lounge generally means that travellers can enjoy a more interactive experience with the officers and baristas at the lounge,” he said.
Taking a breather: Customers enjoying the inviting ambience of the lounge during its opening at KLIA recently. The lounge has a contemporary look by Hong Kong designer Kinney Chan.
Its design highlights include the Plaza signature crystal chandelier, 100% New Zealand wool carpets and a mother of pearl reception counter.
Travellers can rejuvenate themselves by using the shower and massage services available.
There are also a buffet counter, all-day salad bar and a coffee bar with baristas serving an extensive range of drinks made from Java coffee beans.
The lounge also provides individual work stations, networked printers as well as free WiFi.
It is open to public and operates for 24 hours.
Credit card holders from selected banks and business or first class passengers are entitled to access the lounge for free.
