Gatsby visited over 40 public and private higher education campuses nationwide to promote the Gatsby Like My Look 2012 contest.
Roadshows were held from April 9 until June 29 to promote the contest as well as reach out to students all over the country to enhance the Gatsby brand as the students’ preferred facial product brand.
Organised by Mandom (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, the contest was a fun and fresh campaign which gave students the chance to enter by posing for a photo at the Gatsby roadshow photo booth.
The photos were then uploaded onto the Gatsby contest website where the public voted for their favourite participants.
Mandom (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd vice-president Kuniyuki Ota said they were very pleased with the response for this year’s contest.
“It was always our hope to increase the participation of the contest, and ultimately increase our market share among the youth as the preferred facial product brand,” he said.
Winners of the contest were flown to Petaling Jaya in an all-expenses paid trip for the prize- giving ceremony held at The Royale Bintang at The Curve.
