PETALING JAYA: Kuala Nerus MP Datuk Dr Khairuddin Aman Razali (pic) has clarified that he was just making a general statement on one's affordability to buy any vehicle.
The Dewan Ulama information chief said anyone, whether they are rich or poor, had the right to buy any vehicle they wanted, be it a lorry or an airplane so long they could afford it.
