PETALING JAYA: Investigators are now looking at the process of the RM305mil payment given to companies appointed to conduct the feasibility studies for the Penang undersea tunnel.
Sources familiar with the case said the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) was also looking into the competency of the companies and experts appointed to determine if they had the ability to conduct such a study.
