UM confirms raising tuition fees for foreign students

Out of the 18 public universities, may I suggest you experiment with three universities, namely Universiti Malaya, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and Universiti Sains Malaysia.

PETALING JAYA: Universiti Malaya (UM) has confirmed that it recently raised the tuition fees for international students, but a group of students remains unhappy with the abrupt increase – up to RM4,500 per semester in some cases.

The university issued a brief statement to confirm a recent fee hike but did not answer questions on when the increase was implemented and why international students were not notified in advance.
