KUALA LUMPUR: The Federal Court may have quashed a 2016 landmark decision by an appellate court making intention irrelevant in sedition cases, but that ruling will not affect ongoing cases.
Attorney-General Tan Sri Mohamed Apandi Ali said there were no changes to the law as far as the Sedition Act 1948 was concerned.
