Two Datuks charged with six counts of cheating


PETALING JAYA: Two Datuks claimed trial to six counts of cheating in connection with the non-existent 1Malaysia Affordable Housing Project involving a loss of RM5.36mil three years ago.

Koperasi Hartanah Malaysia Bhd (Kohama) executive chairman Datuk Jali Sekak, 52, and part-time lecturer Datuk Dr Mohd Nasirudin Othman Mohd Nasirudin, 41, pleaded not guilty to the charges at four Sessions Courts.
