KUALA LUMPUR: Co-operatives need to play a part in bolstering the national economy in all areas of activity, said the Council of Eminent Persons (CEP) member Tan Sri Zeti Akhtar Aziz (pic).
"The co-operatives need to have a role supporting the economy in all the other economic sectors, including the higher value added activities," Zeti told reporters at the Ilham Tower here Monday (July 16) after a meeting with co-operative movement heads.
