JAKARTA: Indonesia’s Supreme Court has ruled that tariff ranges imposed by the government last month on online e-hailing services are illegal, saying they impede competition.
The South-East Asian nation’s transport ministry introduced minimum and maximum tariffs for e-hailing firms such as Uber Technologies, Indonesia’s GO-JEK and South-East Asia’s Grab from July 1.
