Bersih panel: Foreign security experts to give views on crowd control

PUTRAJAYA: Security experts from four countries have been invited to share their experiences and methods of crowd control with the independent panel on Bersih 3.0.

The panel met with High Commission and Embassy representatives from the Pakistan, the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States, Monday.

They will discuss the possibility of bringing in their experts for a roundtable discussion with their local counterparts.

Panel chairman Tun Hanif Omar said they expect the expert meeting to convene within a month.
