Donation via credit card
PETALING JAYA: The public can now donate to The Star’s Earthquake/Tsunami Relief Fund using either their Visa or MasterCard via The Star Online. The transactions will be managed by The Star with Citibank as the payment gateway.

Fund gets RM700,000
PETALING JAYA: Dairy Farm Giant Retail Sdn Bhd and its suppliers have donated RM700,000 to the National Disaster Relief Fund.
A cheque for the amount was presented to Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, who also heads the fund, by corporate affairs general manager Azmin Tan Sri Aziz.

Yayasan Orang Asli Perak chairman Suki Mee said they had started a fund which has received over RM1,000 from residents in 10 villages so far.
Terengganu team in Aceh
KUALA TERENGGANU: Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Idris Jusoh left for Banda Aceh yesterday heading a 22-member aid mission, including 10 doctors.
The group took clean water, food and medical supplies for the three-day mission organised by the state government and state Umno Youth.
