Send in the clowns . . . all 14 of them
SUNGAI PETANI: Fourteen clowns spent about two hours yesterday cheering up tsunami survivors at the SK Kota Kuala Muda and SK Haji Sulaiman relief centres here.
The clowns, brought in by Superflow, a non-governmental organisation, were at the relief centres from 10am, entertaining the people while distributing biscuits, other goodies and balloons.

The Alor Star-based organisation is involved in various welfare activities including the running of two dialysis centres and two orphanages.
Sri Sathya Sai Baba organisation members and the Indian Chambers of Commerce from Kuala Lumpur and Selangor donated RM50,000 worth of goods to the SK Kota Kuala Muda relief centre on Friday.
Celcom (M) Bhd also donated 10 tonnes' worth of new clothes and other items, including food, to the relief centre yesterday.
