Azmi: Normala a blessing
KUALA LUMPUR: Home Affairs Minister Datuk Seri Azmi Khalid is grateful to his new wife, celebrity Normala Shamsuddin, for bringing him good fortune.
“Thank you, darling,” said Azmi to his wife in front of 200 guests from the media who joined the couple to break the fast here yesterday.
Azmi said in jest that his marriage to the former TV personality, who once was bestowed the title of the most beautiful Malay woman, had now placed him in the media spotlight.
“Tonight, I see such a big crowd of media people at my function. For this, I must thank my wife,” he said with a broad smile.
