Management firm gets an ‘A’ from teacher
PETALING JAYA: While some may experience headaches or nightmares with condominium and apartment managements, there are others satisfied with the services.
One such resident is motivational speaker and teacher Suppiah Mohan, 45, who lives in a four-storey walk-up apartment in Bandar Puchong Jaya.
His family have resided there for three years and have no grouse about the management services.
He even obtained his strata title within a year.
The swimming pool, multi-purpose hall, playground and security services are all efficiently run.
The residents' management committee liases with the property management consultant if there is any problem and it is fixed immediately, he said, adding that he only pays a monthly maintenance fee of RM120 for the RM120,000 apartment.
Another well-managed property is the Mont Kiara condominiums built and managed by Sunrise Bhd.
Sunrise Bhd head of customer services Joachim Ng said the company's subsidiary, SCM Property Services Sdn Bhd, which manages the property, will immediately attend to any complaint from the residents.
The company treats complaints as valuable feedback in improving the living conditions for the residents, he added.
