Kubang Pasu Umno Youth wants Nazri sacked
JITRA: The Kubang Pasu Umno division Youth wing has passed a resolution calling for the sacking of Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Mohd Nazri Aziz for making rude remarks against Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
The Kampung Padang Pasir, Kampung Darat, Kampung Padang Halban, Kampung Lembah Arang and Kampung Baru Batu 7 Umno Youth branches also tabled a resolution calling for Nazri to be sacked from the party.
Kampung Wang Perah and Taman Mahsuri Umno Youth branches wanted Nazri to be sacked from the minister’s post.
The Taman Mahsuri Youth branch also wants Nazri to apologise publicly for his remarks.
Kubang Pasu Umno Youth chief Zulkifli @ Mohd Ros Ahmad said the members appreciated Dr Mahathir’s contribution to the country.
“We also see that the current Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi is keen on continuing the progress made by Dr Mahathir,” he said.
