Prior to her appointment, she was director for debt and capital market for Affin Bank Bhd.
Maimoonah graduated from the University of Singapore with a bachelor's degree in accountancy.
Chartered accountant firm Paul Chuah & Co has appointed Paul Chuah Seong Phaik chairman, effective April 3.
Chuah, who set up Paul Chuah & Co in 1986, qualified as a chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1974.
Paul Chuah & Co has appointed Chuah Sue Yin managing partner with effect from April 1.
Sue Yin jointed the risk assurance division of PricewaterhouseCoopers London after qualifying as a chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1997.
She joined Paul Chuah & Co as senior manager and was admitted as partner in 2004.
