Police seize more sex DVDs
SEGAMAT: Police seized three homemade fish bombs, eight boxes of fireworks and sex DVDs involving former Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek.
Police also arrested two men, aged 42 and 40, and a 22-year-old woman.
Acting on a tip-off, seven policemen from the district police headquarters raided a house in Kampung Tengah here at 12.45pm on Wednesday.
Among the seized items were the bombs, fireworks, three parangs, 69 Erimin 5 pills and five sex DVDs.
OCPD Supt Abdul Majid Mohd Ali said police believe that the bombs were to be used to catch fish. “Investigations also revealed that the DVDs were for personal viewing. The suspects are not distributors,” he said yesterday.
