Raped schoolgirl sues cop, head of station and Govt
KUALA LUMPUR: A 17-year-old schoolgirl has filed suit against a suspended policeman for allegedly raping and forcing her to perform oral sex on him over two months ago and has named the head of the police station and the Government as co-defendants.
In her suit, she said the police station's chief and the Government had been negligent in failing to ensure her safety in the police station on that day.
The policeman, Jamil Abdul Sah, Putra, 27 had on July 18, claimed trial in the Petaling Jaya Session Court for both charges against the girl.
