Police raid Raja Petra Kamaruddin’s house
KUALA LUMPUR: Police raided the house of Malaysia Today editor Raja Petra Kamaruddin in connection with a statutory declaration (SD) signed by a Hospital Pusrawi doctor.
A posting on the news portal said the police came to the house in Bukit Rahman Putra, Sungai Buloh, at 8am and were acting in relation to the sodomy allegation against PKR adviser Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
The police said they were looking for documents and any evidence related to the SD signed by Dr Mohamed Osman Abdul Hamid @ Than Aung of Hospital Pusrawi.
Police confiscated a notebook computer, a scanner and some documents and left about two hours later. Raja Petra is to report to Bukit Aman for his statement to be recorded after the Permatang Pauh by-election, the posting read.
