Nudity no big deal for Emma
NUDITY is no big deal for Singaporean actress Emma Yong (pic), who sheds it all in her new film, The Blue Mansion.
The black comedy-mystery, which opens Friday, features a scene in which Emma, 34, appears totally in the buff.
Audiences will see her topless, but in order for the film to meet Singapore’s NC16 (No Children below 16 years) ratings, the lower half of her body is pixelated.
“Being naked is not a big issue for me,” Emma told The New Paper.
“As an actress, your face and body are your instruments. I’ll never do a naked scene if it were gratuitous. In this case, it wasn’t.”
