Refunds for Beyonce tickets
PETALING JAYA: Marctensia, the organiser of the indefinitely postponed Beyonce concert in Kuala Lumpur, is giving refunds for all tickets as it has yet to confirm a new date.
Although the refund date officially ended on Nov 16, ticket holders can still get refunds on their purchase, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.
It also advised ticket buyers to get their refunds until a further announcement is made.
The concert was postponed indefinitely pending discussions between organiser and the artiste’s management.
The R&B superstar was originally slated to perform here on Oct 25 but postponed the Malaysian leg of her “I Am ...” world tour without citing any specific reason.
