AirAsia, think before you reschedule
I AM beginning to lose my cool and wonder whether Air Asia does really think of us passengers.
I booked my ticket to Surabaya six months ahead, and I only just received an SMS saying that my flight AK5353 from Penang to Kuala Lumpur on Feb 14 has been rescheduled to the earlier time of 0710hrs instead of the original time of 0920hrs.
Imagine how long I have to wait at KL Sentral for my connecting flight to Surabaya on AK554 at 1800hrs! Mr Tony Fernandes, can you please reply to this?
I suggest that if there is to be any rescheduling of flights, AirAsia should pay a penalty to us – the passengers – for the time that we have to bear as victims.
Perhaps they should reimburse us by the hour. I am losing my confidence in ever thinking of booking AirAsia in the future if such rescheduling happens often.
Considering that it would be the eve of Chinese New Year, when we have our big dinner get-together, I demand an explanation from AirAsia’s management.
UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED,
Penang.
