Blogger ‘Zorro’ quizzed by cops

KUALA LUMPUR: Blogger Bernard Khoo has been quizzed by the police about a posting last year made on his Zorro-Unmasked site.
He said he was queried about a blog posting on Aug 13, 2008 which contained an image of a dog on top of a police logo.
Khoo said he was unclear as to why he was called in to have his statement recorded as he did not know who made that posting.
He was quizzed by the police for about 90 minutes.
Accompanied by his lawyer Haris Mohamed Ibrahim and two other lawyers, Khoo came to the Commercial Crimes Department headquarters in Bukit Perdana at about 3.15pm on Wednesday.
“I’ve given my full cooperation to the police,” he said after his statement was recorded.
