Malacca taps to run dry on Sunday
MALACCA: There will be a 22-hour water disruption from Sunday to Monday from 2pm to 12pm involving areas in Malacca city due to maintenance and upgrading works to water supply at the Batu Berendam International Airport.
The affected areas are Melaka Raya, Bandar Kaba, Taman Kota Laksamana, Jalan Bunga Raya, Lorong Panjang, Banda Hilir, Jalan Chan Koon Cheng, Pengkalan Rama Air Leleh, Bukit Cina, Bukit Serindit, Durian Daun, Bukit Palah, Bukit Baru, Bukit Sebukor, Kampung Pengkalan Batu and Batu Berendam industrial area.
Also affected are the Peringgit area, Bachang, Bakar Batu in Bachang, Kampung Enam, Taman Kesidang Indah, Kampung Padang in Pokok Mangga, Tengkera, Limbongan, Lorong Pandan, Kelebang Kecil, Kelebang Besar, Malacca Hospital, Putra Hospital, Mahkota Medical Centre, Mahkota Parade, Tesco Hypermarket and Aeon Bandaraya.
