By AUSTIN CAMOENS

KUALA LUMPUR: Police have busted a gang of Colombians suspected of burglaries in Malacca, Seremban and Selangor.

They had passports on them which police believe are fakes.

Selangor CID chief Senior Asst Comm Mohd Adnan Abdullah said police arrested the four Colombian men, aged between 20 and 44, during a 2.15am raid on Wednesday.

“We seized 10 laptops, 11 mobile phones, 47 branded watches, a cutter, several gloves, and about RM6,300,” he told a press conference here.

SAC Mohd Adnan said the suspects could be involved in burglary cases at Seremban and Alor Gajah on Oct 8 and Oct 12 respectively.

“We also seized a Toyota Estima and a Toyota Vios which the gang had rented," he said.
