Student is The Star’s 200,000th Twitter follower
Lucky winner: Farah posing with a mock Twitter posting board at Menara Star in Petaling Jaya. PETALING JAYA: First-year accounting student Farah Nabilah Rosnee started her semester break on a high note after she was mentioned as The Star's 200,000th Twitter follower.
“I feel like the luckiest girl,” said 18-year-old Farah yesterday.
Farah, from Setapak, who started following @staronline last month, had finished her last exam paper at UiTM Johor when she received a telephone call from the publication.
She said that following the Twitter account was the cheapest and most convenient option for her to stay up to date.
“I have to keep myself informed,” she said.
Farah, who returned to the capital for her break on Thursday, won vouchers worth RM200 to Sakae Sushi and two tickets for Michael Bolton's concert today.
