KUALA LUMPUR: Police arrested four more Colombians, suspected of being part of a syndicate responsible for several house break ins in the city.

The four male suspects were arrested Friday at a condominium in Taman Desa following a tip off from residents, said City CID chief Datuk Ku Chin Wa on Tuesday.

Police recovered laptops, cameras, branded handbags, watches as well as four fake handguns.

These four have been linked to another four of their countrymen who were arrested two days earlier by Selangor police.

All had forged passports.

Colombians need to apply for a visa to enter Malaysia.
