Leadership Excellence Centre to help MACC face changes
Abu Kassim opening the MLEC KUALA LUMPUR: The MACC Leadership Excellence Centre (MLEC) will produce more leaders with integrity and intellect to cope with the changes it faced, said Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) chief commissioner Datuk Seri Abu Kassim Mohamed.
"The need for change in the calibre of leadership is critical in facing a big change not only in the structure of MACC's organisation but also its work culture," he told reporters after opening the MLEC here Tuesday.
The MLEC was set up under the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Academy (MACA).
Meanwhile, MACA director, Abdul Wahab Abdul Aziz said the setting up of MLEC was also aimed at strengthening the Academy and promoting its image in the region and abroad.
"The four modules offered by the MLEC are Young Leadership, Emerging Leadership, Senior Leadership and Strategic Leadership training programmes," he added. - Bernama
