Altantuya’s father denies receiving money to keep quiet

THE father of slain Mongolian beauty Altantuya Shaariibuu has denied claims that he had taken money from the Malaysian Government to “keep quiet” over his daughter’s case.

“This is not true. I did not take a single ringgit from Malaysia,” Dr Setev Shaariibuu said. Dr Setev said he only found out about the allegations against him on YouTube recently.

C/Insp Azilah Hadri and Kpl Sirul Azhar Umar were sentenced to death on April 9, 2009 over the murder.
