FORMER TV3 journalist and newscaster Azrinaz Mazhar Hakim, who made headlines when she married Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah seven years ago, is set to return to the limelight.

Following her divorce from the Brunei ruler in 2010, Azrinaz had maintained a low profile.

Kosmo! reported that she will return to television soon as a guest jury on the debut episode of Astro Ria's reality programme “On Air” - a show to unearth new TV and radio hosts.

It will be Azrinaz's first appearance on television after she quit TV3 in May 2005.

Azrinaz married the Brunei ruler in 2005 and have two children - Prince Pengiran Muda Abdul Wakeel and Princess Pengiran Anak Puteri Ameerah Wardatul, who are now six and four years old respectively.

> A “Mr Nice Guy” turned out to be a devil in disguise when he raped an 18-year-old girl at a guard's post in Puchong, reported Harian Metro.

The teenager had followed the man to the city two days earlier after he promised to find her a better job. The salesgirl befriended the man five months ago.

“The victim trusted the suspect because he appeared kind and a man of good character,” police told the daily.

The man had taken the girl out for dinner prior to raping her.
