Healthcare roadshow in Terengganu on June 23
PETALING JAYA: The Health Ministry's healthcare transformation roadshow will be making its next stop in Kuala Terengganu on June 23.
The roadshow, conducted via a series of forums, is being held to collect public feedback on the country's healthcare reform a topic that sparked heated public debate after alleged details of the ministry's proposed 1Care for 1Malaysia healthcare transformation plan was made public.
The fourth forum in the series, titled “Making Healthcare Equitable and Accessible for All”, will be held at the Menara Yayasan Islam Terengganu's main hall from 2pm to 5pm.
The public is welcome to participate in the forum and those interested are encouraged to register early at daftarforum@moh.gov.my.
According to the Health Ministry, opinions expressed by the public as to the improvements they want to see in the healthcare system will be recorded and considered by the ministry before any changes are made to the system.
